Quality Management Policy

  • The quality and safety of our products are ensured in every stage of the business process, from development to sales. Ensuring the quality and safety of products is the task of all employees – every employee is responsible for the quality of his or her own work;
  • We work in compliance with the current European and national legislation. Our processes in production and the working environment are fully compliant with the relevant regulations on food safety;
  • We do not use genetically modified raw materials or food;
  • Our key tasks are ensuring the health and safety of people, preserving the environment and ensuring the highest possible level of quality of life.

Commitment of the Management

  • To achieve the company mission and vision, our business processes have to be well coordinated, transparent and functional. We are committed to achieving this through constant improvements in accordance with the IFS food and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • In keeping with the high quality of our products, we want to ensure a high level of safety as well. This is achieved with a high level of Food Safety Culture in the company and by implementing the HACCP system for the identification, assessment and control of the risks relevant to consumer safety.
  • With the introduction of the IFS and HACCP systems, the quality and safety of our products – two important company values – have been integrated into our every production process, product and operation.
  • Other reasons why the company management has decided to introduce and maintain quality and safety assurance systems include increasing the company’s competitiveness, reducing costs and improving the utilisation of existing resources.
  • Increasing the level of product quality and safety and reducing costs are the responsibility of every employee. The suitable training of employees at all work and management levels plays an important part in the effective implementation of quality and safety assurance systems as well as on business performance in general.
  • The company management is responsible for the functioning and maintenance of the quality and safety assurance system. It sets the policies and business objectives, provides the necessary resources and monitors their implementation.
